The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the fundamental principles of Vardo's provision of cleaning services (hereinafter referred to as "Vardo") to its clientele. By availing themselves of "Vardo" services, customers agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions as published on the website (www.vardocleaner.ge)
Service Description
Vardo offers professional janitorial services for residential, non-residential, and commercial spaces.
An agreement outlining the services to be rendered is established between "Vardo" and the customer, specifying the type of cleaning, its frequency, and any particular requirements.
Vardo is committed to delivering top-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requests and Cancellations
Customers can submit service requests to Vardo through any communication channel provided, including but not limited to phone numbers, email,live chat on the website, and the electronic order form.
Any requests for cancellation or rescheduling of services must be communicated to "Vardo" at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment via the aforementioned communication channels convenient for the customer.
Service Fees and Payment Methods
Service prices are communicated to customers by a "Vardo" representative upon placing the order, immediately following the calculation.
When placing an order, an agreement is reached between "Vardo" and the customer regarding acceptable payment terms and methods.
Error Reporting
Within 12 hours of receiving and completing the service, customers have the opportunity to report any defects to "Vardo" for further review and response, based on mutual agreement.
To substantiate any missing aspects of the service, customers must provide photo and/or video evidence through official communication channels provided by "Vardo" (e.g., email, social media, website live chat)
"Vardo" shall not be held liable for any defects identified in the service after 12 hours from its completion, considering objective circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for furnishing "Vardo" with comprehensive, accurate, and precise information regarding the area, dimensions, and/or any space to be cleaned upon placing the order.
Additionally, customers must provide detailed information about their service requirements and any pertinent details that "Vardo" representatives need to consider during the cleaning process.
Customers are also responsible for informing "Vardo" about any potential on-site hazards
Changes to Terms and Conditions
"Vardo" reserves the right to modify, amend, and/or redefine the terms and conditions of service provision as necessary.
The Terms and Conditions document is readily accessible on Vardo's official website- www.vardocleaner.ge.
Applicable Legislation
Any disputes between the parties shall be resolved based on mutual agreement, and in the absence of such agreement, in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
