Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) regulate the basic principles of providing Vardo’s cleaning services (hereinafter referred to as “Vardo”) to its clients. By requesting Vardo’s services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions published on the website (www.vardocleaner.ge):

  • Service – any type of cleaning work performed by Vardo Cleaning Service.
  • Customer – a person who receives or expresses a desire to receive Vardo’s services and agrees to the proposed terms and conditions.
  • Vardo – a cleaning service provider that performs work according to the customer’s request.
  • Force majeure – a situation or event that makes it impossible or prevents Vardo from performing the work it has performed. For example: power or water outage, technical problems.
  • Payment method – a procedure that determines the payment of a service fee within a specified time period, using an agreed method.
  • Order and/or reservation – a request made by the customer to receive Vardo services.
  • Defect – a problem/s in the quality of service, about which the customer informs Vardo and, if necessary, requests its correction in accordance with the established procedure.
  • Potential hazard – any circumstance that may affect the safety of employees while performing work and needs to be taken into account.
  • Photo/video materials – documentation that depicts the stages of the start, progress, or completion of work and may be used for Vardo’s marketing purposes.
  • Rules change – Vardo reserves the right to change, edit or update the current rules and conditions to suit current needs.
Service description
  • Vardo offers professional cleaning services for residential, other non-residential, and commercial spaces.
  • An agreement for the provided service is made between ‘Vardo’ on one hand and the client on the other, regarding the type of cleaning, its frequency, and any specific requirements.
Vardo is focused on delivering the highest quality service to the client and ensuring their satisfaction.
Acknowledgment of information and consent

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client confirms that they have fully read and reviewed the service details, description, and all related information published on the selected service page, and that they have no further questions regarding it.

Request and cancellation
  • The client submits a request for receiving Vardo’s services through any communication channel offered by Vardo, which includes but may not be limited to: phone numbers, email, the ‘live chat’ on the website, and the electronic order form.
  • Information regarding the cancellation or postponement of the service request must be communicated to Vardo at least 12 hours before the scheduled meeting, through any communication channel offered by Vardo that is convenient for the client, as mentioned above.
Service cost and payment methods
  • The client can calculate the estimated cost of the service using the calculator available on the website. However, this price may not be accurate considering the client’s specific needs and the complexity of the work. Therefore, the final price is always determined by a Vardo representative upon confirmation of the client’s order.
  • Upon placing the order, an agreement is made between ‘Vardo’ on one hand and the client on the other, regarding the acceptable terms and methods of payment.
Force majeure situation
Unforeseen events during work on the site

Vardo is not responsible in cases where the work process is stopped or delayed due to force majeure situations. Force majeure situations include, but are not limited to, the following:

Power outage

Water supply interruption

Other unforeseen technical issues

In such cases, if the necessary conditions for performing the work are not restored within a reasonable time, the compensation for working hours will be determined only based on the actual hours worked.

Payment terms

  • In this case, the value of the time spent on work performed by each housekeeper is determined on an hourly basis, individually for each of them, at 20 GEL per hour.
  • The total amount to be paid is determined based on the above-mentioned principle, calculating the time spent by the housekeepers on the site.
  • Any subsequent negotiations, including negotiations related to the completion of the work, in case of desire, constitute a separate agreement and are considered agreed upon only with the consent of both parties.
Error notification
  • After receiving and accepting the service, the client has the opportunity, within the next 12 hours, to notify Vardo of any defects discovered in the service, for further consideration and, based on subsequent agreement between the parties, for a response.
  • The defective part of the service provided must be documented by the client through photo and/or video evidence for justification, which may be submitted through any official communication channel offered by Vardo to the client (e.g., email, social media, live chat on the website, etc.).
  • Vardo, considering objective reasons, disclaims responsibility for defects found in the service after the 12-hour period following the receipt of the service.
Client's responsibility
  • The client is responsible for providing Vardo with complete, accurate, and detailed information about the area, perimeter, and/or any space to be cleaned when placing the order.
  • The client is responsible for providing Vardo with detailed information about their needs within the scope of the service to be provided, as well as any other details that need to be considered in advance, which should be taken into account by Vardo’s representative(s) during the work process.
  • The client is responsible for providing Vardo with detailed information about any potential hazards present on-site (if such hazards exist).
About photo/video recording and its publication
  • Vardo is authorized to collect photo and video material during the service process, before it begins, during its execution, and after completion, which reflects the condition of the area/apartment/house/perimeter. The material may be used on Vardo’s social media pages and/or other advertising platforms.
    If the client does not agree to the implementation of this, they are obligated to notify Vardo of their position in advance, before the service begins, through any communication channel offered by Vardo.
Regarding changes to the terms and conditions
  • Vardo reserves the right to change, edit, and/or redefine the terms and conditions of service provision and receipt at any time, as needed.
  • Vardo ensures continuous access to the document regarding the current terms and conditions on its official website (vardocleaner.ge).
Applicable legislation
  • Any dispute between the parties is resolved based on an agreement, and if such an agreement cannot be reached, it is resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
